I'm a frontend engineer with 7+ years of experience, most of it on property and retail sites with a lot of traffic.
Right now I work through Techiebutler with Property Finder, building the mortgage side of the product on mortgagefinder.ae, and I've shipped a lot of features on propertyfinder.ae too. Before that I led a JSP to React migration at Abaqus on allgeo.com, and spent four years at Brillio on realtor.com and traderjoes.com.

I build in Next.js (App Router) and React with TypeScript, inside Turborepo + pnpm monorepos and Module Federation setups. I've published versioned packages with two major versions live at once, without breaking either set of consumers.
Fast first paint and pages search engines can actually read.
Server-side rendering with SEO metadata built from live data, code splitting, lazy loading and render optimisation. I took one app's JavaScript from 4.3MB to 800KB and track the results with Core Web Vitals.

I've led ADA/WCAG compliance for traderjoes.com and set accessibility standards for a team. At Property Finder everything ships in English and Arabic, so RTL layout is part of the build, not an afterthought.

REST APIs in Node and PHP/Symfony, Salesforce and Braze integrations, AWS (CDK, ECS, S3), and the testing and observability to keep it running: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, OpenTelemetry and Grafana alerts.
